Marjorie Pamplona is a passionate Forester with atleast 15 years of experience in the forestry and conservation sectors. She is currently working as the Landscape Coordinator at Forest Foundation Philippines who leads the coordination and implementations of projects mostly in Leyte and Samar Landscapes as well as all related Mangrove projects and initiatives by the Foundation within the Philippines. She gained most of her knowledge and experiences in mangroves conservation and management through implementing and managing mangrove related projects funded and supported by the Forest Foundation. Aside from managing mangrove projects, she also provide mangrove related technical advises, trainings and capacity buildings for NGOs, People’s Organizations, and provide presentations and become resource person in schools, conferences and others.
Marjorie is a BS Forestry graduate in UPLB and also gained her master’s degree in Natural Resource Conservation with the same University.
